Climbing Mount Teide, the highest point in Spain at 3,718 meters, is an unforgettable experience and a true physical and mental challenge. The route is demanding, with an elevation gain of over 1,300 meters that tests the endurance of even experienced hikers. The volcanic terrain is rocky and technical, requiring focus and good balance. Added to this is the altitude, which can cause fatigue, dizziness, or shortness of breath. However, the effort is well rewarded: from the summit, the views of La Gomera, La Palma, El Hierro, and Gran Canaria are spectacular, and a stunning sea of clouds often stretches out below your feet.
