Payment and Refund Terms

Payment must be made at least one week before the scheduled date.

Cancellation by the client:

  • Up to 7 days before (inclusive):
    100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Between 7 days and 24 hours before the start:
    50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Less than 24 hours before the start:
    No refund will be issued.


Cancellation by the Guide (personal reasons)

  • At any time (even on the same day):
    100% refund of the amount paid.


Cancellation Due to Exceptional External Factors

Includes cases such as:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Inability of intermediaries to attend
  • Exceptional closure of the cable car (in the case of the Teide ascent)


In these cases, two options will be offered to the client:

  • Participate in an alternative activity, or
  • Receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
